There is also a chat facility on the forum, which allow a messaging between carers.  The chat rooms are mobile-friendly, making it easy to access your chat room on the go. Previous messages can automatically be archived and quickly retrieved using search filters. You can private message, also known as instant messaging, this feature allows two users to chat with each other privately.  Users can set their online status. For example, Away, Available, etc.
